We are often moving on to the next job, the next meeting, scrolling down social media, taking the next call ......'Time Out Ten' asks you to stop for ten minutes and listen to a particular piece of music; to find a time when you won't be interrupted, when you can put in/on your headphones and chill out. Ten minutes isn't long.
This month we bring you a 'pick-me-up' for our ten minutes time out. This is the Chris Barber Band in 1955 at the height of their 'jazz revival' period with Chris on trombone, Pat Halcox (trumpet), Monty Sunshine (clarinet), Lonnie Donegan (banjo), Mickey Ashman (string bass) and Ron Bowden on the drums.
It is time to kick off your shoes and let go (no-one is watching - or if they are, get them to join in).
